Located across the road from the fair office, the Summit Building also has the use of the grounds around and in back of the building.

7:00 am - 12:00 Midnight $750/Day

Deposit:

A $2,000 security deposit is required and refundable if building and grounds are cleaned with no damage.

Security is required. You must arrange your own security. A list of approved security names may be obtained through the fair office.

Music must be contained to not more than 65 decibels outside the building and must be off by 10:00 pm.
