Deposit:

$2,000.00 Refundable deposit if property is cleaned and free of damage.

Security is required. You must arrange your own security. A list of approved security names may be obtained through the fair office.

Music must be contained to no more than 65 decibels outside the building and must be off by 10:00 pm.
